Eurodoc2012 - Funding – how to acquire scientific grants

The next EURODOC Annual Conference and Annual General Meeting will take place in Krakow in Poland from March 20th till 25th 2012 – one of the biggest academic and scientific center in Poland. The EURODOC event is organized by the National Representation of PhD Candidates in Poland (KRD-Krajowa Reprezentacja Doktorantów), AGH University of Science and Technology and Jagiellonian University.

The main theme of the upcoming conference is “Funding – how to acquire scientific grants”

Eurodoc European Summit for Early Stage Researchers

For the first time in our history EURODOC will have its members meet in person for a second time in the year, at the mid-term mandate, in order to collaborate on a pool of motions, policy papers, and other ongoing projects, as well as present the international, European, and national communities with the results of the first pan-European survey on the actual situation of doctoral candidates and early stage researchers in Europe.

The meeting will take place in Strasbourg, France, on September 29th-30th, 2011.

Spring Wind 2011

SPRING WIND is an annual conference for PhD and DLA students. Contributions from all over the world are invited and solicited. The meeting is set out to attract doctoral with different backgrounds and interests covering all aspects of sciences.

You are invited to submit your papers and abstracts from all fields of science. Sessions will allow both theoretical innovations and practical applications to be shared among colleagues.

This year the following themes are in the focus:

  • Modern higher education structures in Hungary
  • Hungarian EU Presidency
  • The year of health tourism
  • Memorial year of Franz Liszt

Proposals for theoretical, empirical and policy contributions are now invited from all fields of interest not only the above mentioned ones.
